Here we have our recently renovated, two bedroom house, conveniently situated in central Yarm, close to the high-street. It is located within a short five minute drive from Yarm train station and is easy to find. The property is only a stones throw away from many of Yarm's fantastic restaurants, bistros and bars. The house is inclusive of two comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom and fully furnished kitchen along with a contemporary lounge inclusive of an additional sofa bed. The property presents décor of Yarm and offers all amenities expected by the most discerning traveler. There is also a free parking space available allocated to 22 The Old Market located directly outside the property (parking permit available on arrival to place in vehicle). There is also additional street parking around the area if required. We politely wish to make clear that we do not accept any hen/stag parties or parties of any kind, thank you.

Yarm is a vibrant town, with lots to do. Right at the top of the county, lies this beautiful market town. Full of history and with the river Tees flowing through it, Yarm sticks out as one of the most outstanding scenic towns within the region. With a large variety of places to eat and beautiful landmarks including Yarm viaduct and Yarm’s 18th century town hall, there is plenty to feast your eyes on here.
