2 Park court is arranged over two floors. The accommodation is elegantly appointed throughout. The open plan living space furnished with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas and a Smart 41” TV with Freeview , making it perfect for families and groups of friends to catch up and watch a movie. In the well equipped kitchen/diner, a two seater breakfast bar, electric hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and sink are all to hand. Steps leading up to a paved patio with dining seating for 4 and BBQ is accessed through a sliding door off the living space and provides an outdoor space for all to enjoy. Two bedrooms and family bathroom equipped with WC, basin and over-bath shower, comprise the first floor. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed and bedroom 2 is a twin (king on request). A store cupboard on the landing houses a washer/dryer. Towels and linen are included and one travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply. There are two parking spaces outside the property. For any additional cars there is a car park located around the back of the flats which are opposite the property.
