1st floor apartment close to town amenities. Includes fully fitted kitchen with all cookware; private bathroom with bath and shower; private entrance and off road parking to the rear of the property. Ideal for families - high chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request. Excellent wi-fi connection Quiet residential street, short walk to railway station and town shopping. Shropshire hills are a short car drive away, so the apartment is a convenient base for walking holiday.
Hospitality is very important to me so I aim to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable as I can.
The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic noise. The kitchen and lounge windows offer a view of fields and the nearby railway line. Guests can expect to hear the quiet rumble of the Shrewsbury to Whitchurch train every couple of hours. There is parking for one vehicle to the rear of the property and to the right of the garage. There is additional parking for one vehicle to the front of the property. Please do not park on the drive as this is used by your ground floor neighbour. .. At the front of the estate is a bus stop which can take guests to the historic town of Shrewsbury. In Wem itself there is a railway station which offers services to Shrewsbury, Whitchurch and further afield.
