A nice little bungalow on corner plot high elevation. South East facing frontage, views of the city. City centre is easy walking distance 1.1 mile. Even closer to countryside. Easy access to M6 motorway and bypass to Morecambe and Heysham. Good radius distance for the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales and Trough of Bowland. Close to river and beaches. Castle, Williamsons Park, festivals all goin on.
Approaching retirement need extra income. I (Marc) am a native of Lancaster and Inna is from Ukraine. We are close by if you need any extra assistance.
Very open spread out estate lots of wide walkways with grass banks. Low level buildings great in summer. Have to say the 'Ridge' is an ex-council estate and some guests did not expect this on arrival. That said its one of the best eststes I've seen, very tidy as many homes have been bought and done up. Do a googlemap walkabout if you need. Some awesome architecture within 1.5 mile radius. Williamson Park unique Ashton memorial (TaJ Mahal of the north). Cathedral, Castle, canal, quayside. Walk 3km and your into moorland. Cycle up the Lune valley. Lakes (bus ride No555), to the north. Yorkshire Dales. No dogs now sorry did have them but they dont travel so well, get nervous and chew up the place.
