You will be charmed and welcomed into our home, it is a special place to stay in the most beautiful, quiet country setting. Breakfast is part of your stay. The house is an old farmhouse with a small lounge for guests to use with television, and there is plenty of space to wander or to sit in the peaceful setting. The private, large and airy Queen sized bedroom can be found up a winding staircase which has a four poster super king size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has an over bath shower. Perfect for couples. A single room and a double room are also available, they have use of a shared shower room/toilet. Salle de douche/toilettes communes. A geat place for a break from touring, or just away from busy, working lives. We have ample private parking and a secure garage is available for cars or motorbikes.
We have a small holding with two dogs and a number of ducks/chickens that wander the farm yard. We will always greet your arrival with our two overly friendly dogs. We speak English, with some French (I am learning).
It is a rural area, and is 3km from the village of Fougerolles du Plessis, which has a bank, supermarket, tabac and pharmacy. The village has a lake for a lovely stroll or for fishing with a daily permit. And has a restaurant for lunch time meals only. Evening meals can be found in nearby Gorron or Fougères.
