Villa with beautiful private swimming pool and two large terraces and a panoramic view of the sea located in Eze bord de mer, just 400 m from the beach and Eze train station. The house can accommodate up to 10 people as well as 2 babies (2 baby cots are available). Fully equipped villa (plancha, TV, wi-fi, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, bed linen, towels, ...) Possible parking of several cars on the property. It is a 100% private property Very bright villa (sun all day) with southern exposure. There is a dining room, a spacious equipped kitchen, five bedrooms (4 double beds and one with 2 single beds), 4 bathrooms each with a sink and wc, 2 of which have a bath, one with a shower, one with a bath and a shower. . 3 of the 5 bedrooms are accessible from inside and outside with access to 2 different terraces and with sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned (except one bedroom which is the coolest in the house) It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the SNCF train station giving quick access to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Italy.
The accommodation is located in Eze, Provence Alpes Côte d´Azur. A supermarket can be found less than 10 minutes by car in Beaulieu sur mer or in cap d'ail. It can also be accessed by the SNCF station or the bus. You can buy fresh bread at 5 minute walk from the villa. You will have very quick access to the Eze Yacht Club on the beach where you can do many activities. There is also a snack bar on the beach with a terrace and a private beach (deckchairs, bar) on a small part of this beach. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 21 km from the villa. You can easily take public transport to get to the villa. You can get by car to: Beaulieu: 8 minutes Eze village: 15 minutes Saint jean cap ferrat: 15 minutes Villefranche: 15 minutes Monaco: 20 minutes Nice: 25 minutes Ventimiglia: 35 minutes Milan: 3 hours All these towns are accessible by train and / or bus which are a 5 minute walk from the villa.
