Welcome to Villa Carrara! This splendidly decorated architect-designed villa, 50 metres from the beach, offers you top-of-the-range services for absolute comfort during your holidays. A small tour of the owner, Large living room of 85m2 with 10-seater sofa and large Tv screens. A fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a dining table for 8 people. Some of the equipment in the kitchen: Delonghi coffee machine; juice extractor; kettle; toaster; steam oven; oven; microwave; wine cellar; freezer; fridge; dishwasher. Terrace of 40 m2 with 180° view on the sea and the beaches, outdoor living room for 8 persons and double dining table as well as an outdoor kitchen with gas plancha. Each room has a large bay window giving direct access to the outside garden and spa. Two bedrooms with private bathroom and two bedrooms with shared bathroom. High quality bedding (one king size bed, 2 queen size beds, one standard size bed) Reversible and adjustable air-conditioning in each room and all the rooms of the villa. Infinity pool, spa for 4 persons. Adjustable interior mood lighting. Lift to bring shopping upstairs. Centralized air conditioning in all rooms. Enjoy your holiday without worrying about cleaning. When you arrive you will find a clean flat and when you leave we take care of cleaning the accommodation for you. Travel light! Bedding sets are provided. Security system in all rooms. Video surveillance camera on the property. (parking, garden, living room) Noise detection system. Outdoor parking for four cars. Indoor garage for one car.
