Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Saint-Malo, this charming apartment with less than one kilometer of the beach, with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator). It consists of a nice living room of 20 m², separate kitchen, fully equipped, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 2 single beds - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with a view on St Malo intra muros and the port. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (fiber optic) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live" rentals, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay to allow you to make the most of it.
