Welcome to my charming 51 square meters apartment which is located on the 1st floor without elevator and situated in Aubervilliers. It is charming, well equipped and can accommodate 4 people. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay! You will stay close to all amenities and close to Paris! Have a great stay! ## Logement My apartment is composed of two bedrooms; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a bathroom with an XXL bathtub; and a living room with a television to relax you after an intense day. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, Raclette machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Smart TV. A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler. My accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops. For your small shopping, you will find the supermarket "PROXI SUPER" and a "Franprix", respectively at 6 minutes and 8 minutes of walk. You will also be very well served by the different public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings! You will be ten minutes walk from the Fort d'Aubervilliers and close to the town hall. Direct bus to the Stade de France is nearby. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you! I look forward to welcoming you! ## Emplacement Aubervilliers has more than one attraction for the walker, from the Notre-Dame-des-Vertus church to the Fort d'Aubervilliers, via the canal, the Stalingrad square or the beautiful Place de la Mairie. ## Transports Subway : Line 7 (Aubervilliers-Pantin Quatre Chemins station): 14 min walk. Bus : Line 173 (Rue des Cités station): 4 min walk. Line 249 (Maison de Retraite station) : 1 min walk. Paris-Orly airport : 1 hour by car. Gare du Nord train station : 24 minutes by car.
