LIVING ROOM The bright living room offers a stylish and comfortable grey sofa and table which extends to sit 4 people. The sofa can extend to become a double sofa bed and sleeps 2 people comfortably by the French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. The room is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork on the walls. KITCHEN Small, yet practical, the kitchen offers all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, a small glass-ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a Bialetti coffee machine. BEDROOM This bedroom is located next to the living room and offers a double bed, a bedside cabinet and a desk. BATHROOM The bathroom is fitted with a combined bath tub and shower, cabinet and a single wash basin. WC A separate WC is located on the right hand side at end of the hallway. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties! Please note that this flat is on the 5th floor and that there is no elevator in the building. Additionally, there is no television or washing machine in this property but a laundry is located just next door.
