Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The accommodation is composed as follows: - 15 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) that can be folded down to save space in the room - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A 2 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
