The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming duplex with sea view, at 50 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: On the ground floor of the duplex: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Room 1 : two single beds. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor of the duplex : - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub and WC. Outside : - A swimming pool (shared, heated), covered in the evening, 8×4 m, secured by a fence approved for this use, open from April to October, non-contractual opening dates, subject to change by the residence. - A private balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
