Enjoy a pleasant stay for 2 in a lively district just a stone's throw from the quays of the Saône Just a 5-minute walk from Place Valmy and its market, shops and public transport (metro D, bus), this charming 22 m² studio apartment has been refurbished and is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a secure residence. It comprises a pleasant living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette for easy cooking during your stay, a lounge area with HD TV and a comfortable 140x190 bed that folds out during the day to save as much space as possible. There is also a large bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. We provide emergency food (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, Nespresso, microwave, etc.). Bed linen and towels are included. WIFI fibre available In the flat you will find the Traveller's Guide containing all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, instructions, recommended restaurants, etc.). Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm using a lock connected directly to the flat door. Check-out is scheduled until 11am at the latest on the day of your departure.
