You can go directly to Paris in less than 1 hour and reach the airports (Roissy - Charles De Gaulle and Orly). The property is located in the heart of the Plateau de Saclay, at the gateway to the Vallée de Chevreuse, and offers easy access to a wide range of activities, walks, shopping, colleges and universities... You can enjoy La Prairie by renting a private room or the shared house, comprising 4 rooms and a large 1500m² garden in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The many services included in the rental price will simplify your life and make your professional or tourist stay optimal (Netflix, fast Wifi, coffee maker, tea ... ) At La Prairie, you'll enjoy 110 m² of living space, including: living room (50" HD smart TV; with Netflix), dining room, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee machine), 4 bedrooms with double beds (door with lock, mirror, USB socket, desk, chair, bedside table, blackout curtains), 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower room with WC.
