In a quiet and very pleasant environment, Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this charming apartment on the Vilaine river bank, on the first floor over a courtyard, with a surface area of 20 m² and which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Dupont des Loges street is the main artery of "La Californie" district, located on the island between the two arms of the Vilaine river. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, markets of the hypercenter, the station... Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A kitchen with a dining area, equipped with: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - A living room with a desk, a TV, a double bed (140×190) and a closet. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A terrace along the Vilaine river, in a green setting with furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the environment. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available (optical fiber). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
