Il dispose de 2 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains. Décoré avec soin par une architecte d'intérieur, l'appartement dispose d'un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac. Chaque chambre d'une télévision. Le vaste salon est également équipé d'une télévision et ouvre sur une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, lave vaisselle et machine à café. L'appartement est également équipé d'un lave-linge et du WiFi haut débit. Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour. Le logement est situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur. 🅿️Une place de parking est disponible se trouve à 400m du logement. Annecy, chef-lieu de la Haute-Savoie, nichée au bord de son lac dans un écrin de montagnes, est connue pour la qualité de son environnement et sa qualité de vie. Bénéficiant d'un site remarquable en aval du lac, elle a su entretenir son patrimoine architectural et historique, réhabiliter ses vieux quartiers, redonner toute leur transparence aux eaux du lac par des travaux souvent cités en exemple et fleurir ses canaux auxquels elle doit son nom de "Venise des Alpes". Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles a pied; vous pourrez vous déplacer à pied durant tout votre séjour. Location de vélos a proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac) ...
