67 m2 flat, completely renovated, pleasant to live in and very bright, ideally located in the center of Marseille, close to public transport. 3 bright bedrooms, each with a queensize bed, a wall-mounted TV for relaxing, a desk and a storage cupboard. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a Smart TV HD and an essential air conditioning. To take your breakfast: coffee maker Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster ... but for bread or croissants, you will have to go to the Bakery at 1 minute on the boulevard. In order to make your stay pleasant, the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher (shelves provided), oven, extractor hood, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishes are at your disposal (plates, pans, dishes…) A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer will prevent you from carrying too much luggage but will not avoid ironing (table and iron available). ADSL Internet box with free Wifi, to find all the information on the city.

The Saint Charles district is a central district, ideally located for visiting the city or the surrounding area, walking, driving (close to the A7 highway) or by public transport (train, subway, buses. It is a lively, popular, cosmopolitan district that represent the multicultural aspect of Marseille. Just in front of the building you will find bars, shops (fruit and vegetables, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, doctors ...), and a super classy barber! There is also an Auchan supermarket 600m from the apartment down National Boulevard.
