A narrow spiral staircase leads to a flexible bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room and a magnificent marble bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is ideally located in a lively area, with many shops, restaurants and monuments nearby. ## The neighborhood The 1st arrondissement of Paris, with the Louvre district, is located in the very heart of the capital. It is a very popular place, mainly for the Louvre museum and the magnificent Tuileries gardens. The district is also home to the Comédie Française, the Orangerie museum and the Jeu de Paume museum. You can also stroll through the charming garden of the Palais Royal, under the arcades of Rue de Rivoli, and don't miss the superb Place Vendôme with its luxury jewelers.
