Magnificent modern villa of 250m2, located 100 meters from the beaches, with swimming pool, quiet garden, sleeping 10 people, comfortable equipment. SPACES All the spaces are private, during your stay you have the entire property. A total of 6 pieces including: 1 large living room opening onto the outside and the kitchen, a large table, and sofa bed for 2 people 1 bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, dressing room, shower room and WC 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed, balcony, bathroom and cupboard 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed, balcony and cupboard 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with two single beds and cupboard 1 large bathroom with whirlpool bath, two showers and two basins 2 independent toilets 1 large garden with covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, large swimming pool, table and barbecue The house is new and meets the latest standards of comfort and insulation (RT2012). You will appreciate its large volumes, its large openings, and its architecture in a modern style. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, offering optimal comfort. The pool is 10 meters long.
