We provide 1 tea towel, 1 warm duvet and 4 pillows. → Bring your own bed linen and towels. New king-size bedding 160 cm, so the bottom fitted sheet is provided on request. Hypoallergenic Dunlopillo mattress. Studio classified 3*. Check-in from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Reduced rate per week and even more per month (28+ nights). Credit card payment available. Located in the sought-after area of the church, 1 mn walk from the main square and 250 m from the beach! Former 2 room apartment transformed into a comfortable studio completely renovated. On the raised ground floor in the well-maintained bourgeois building "La Montmartroise", with a common flowered courtyard. Equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). Shower room & sink with fan heater. Independent WC. Beautiful light, high ceilings, crossing, view from 2 windows on gardens, quiet. Easy parking. Excellent 4G + reception. Flat screen TV. Electric heating. 2-burner ceramic hob. 1 kid cot is at your disposal, a child can sleep in it up to the age of 5 years. You will find on site the "essentials": olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, Provence herbs, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel. As well as a small Ikéa French press coffee maker, with ground coffee, tea, tisane. We provide 1 tea towel, 1 warm duvet and 4 pillows. → Bring your own bed linen and towels.
