Welcome to your home! We will warmly welcome you in a pretty and comfortable fully equipped flat, ideally located in the heart of the new eco-district and at the foot of the RER A train station which will take you to Disneyland Paris in 10 minutes and to the centre of Paris in 35 minutes. The residence benefits from quick access to the capital via the A4 and A104 motorways. Spend a pleasant stay as a couple, with family or friends in this pretty, functional and comfortable 2-room flat. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet at the gates of Disneyland Paris, with the Val d'Europe shopping centres and its Outlet Shopping Valley (700m and 900m), Le Clos du Chêne (900m) and the Village Nature Paris with activities full of sensations and adventures (Adventure Park, Aqualagon, various workshops and walks). Our beautiful region is rich in activities, don't hesitate to come and enjoy them ;) Is it your first time in the region? We will be happy to tell you how to get here, what to see, what to do and all this in French, Spanish and a little English ;-)
This cosy flat is fully equipped: - The flat is composed of a comfortable room: 1 double bunk bed for 4 people, with sheets, pillowcases. - A baby bed (umbrella bed) if needed, please inform in advance - The kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher (it's still the holidays!), a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster with dishes and kitchen utensils to prepare your meals and cutlery adapted to the youngest. - The bathroom is clean and functional. It has a bath, toilet and towels for each person. - You have an Internet access with Fiber (300 Mbps) with a private Wifi just for you as well as a HD television with an access to NETFLIX! - A fan is at your disposal. - The residence has a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers, with free access (payment by credit card or coins) on the ground floor. - In addition, a private parking space in the basement is at your disposal free of charge.

En voiture : Accès rapide et facile par l'autoroute A4 Paris -> Province - Sortie 12.1 Val d'Europe - Montévrain - Centre Commercial Province -> Paris - Sortie 13 Marne-la-Vallée - Serris Parking privé au sous-sol de la résidence, accessible avec une télécommande En avion : De l'aéroport de Roissy Charles de Gaulle, vous avez le train qui vous amène à la gare Marne-la-Vallée Chessy.
