Apartment had everything required, was very clean and comfortable. Instructions to gain entry was easily understood. On last night there was a issue with the main entrance. It wouldn't open and we were soaked trying to gain entry. We didn't know who to contact. Fortunately a man who lives in the building came to gain entry and he knew how to open it if it didn't accept the code
