*Host* Hi there, I’m Svetlana (friends call me Lana). I live in Cannes where I work as a Product Manager at a multinational IT company. When I don’t work, I travel. And when I travel, I like to explore the destination like a local. I’m also a foodie and I’ve eaten in every restaurant in Cannes and in all the best restaurants in the region. I’m a proud owner of two identical three-bedroom apartments in the same building in the center of Cannes. Being an avid traveler myself, I designed these apartments to feel like both - a modern hotel and a cozy home. My apartments are now open for guests coming for a short-term stay to Cannes, and I’m striving to provide the best possible experience for my guests during their stay. *Accommodation* 2 identical three-bedroom apartments in the same building in the center of Cannes, open for guests coming for a short-term stay to Cannes for trade fairs, congresses, festivals and vacations. Each apartment is perfect for 3 to 6 guests. The two apartments when rented together are perfect for larger groups of 6 to 12 people. Completely renovated and refurbished in June 2021, each apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom sleeps up to 2 guests, is individually air conditioned and features a work desk with a high speed fiber Internet access and a full-size closet with a safe box. Each bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet and a sink. The open-plan living areas feature two comfortable couches, a convertible coffee - dining table and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix. Unlimited strong WiFi is available throughout the apartments. The fully-equipped kitchens feature modern brand-name cooking appliances including a full size fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. Both apartments offer south-facing balconies overlooking the trees of a quiet street and the back side of the 5* Martinez hotel.

*Neighborhood* Situated on the 3rd and the 5th floor of the same residential building in the center of Cannes in the sought-after area of Pointe Croisette and right behind the luxury beachfront 5* Martinez hotel, the apartments promise an urban retreat within a 5-minute walk to the beach. The top location allows you to walk to the beach and the Croisette while being less than a kilometer (¾ mile) away from the heart of the town. It is the ideal position for those looking to stay in a quiet residential area yet very close to Cannes’ top restaurants, shops and entertainment.
