Welcome to this beautiful stone house, typical of our beautiful region, situated in a quiet location (dead-end road), close to Omaha beach in Colleville sur Mer. A ping pong table and a games room with pinball, table football and darts are available for your enjoyment. On the ground floor, the gîte offers: *Cosy, spacious and convivial living room with fireplace (wood provided), comfortable sofa, television, DVD-BLU Ray player, wifi internet access, hi-fi system. *Spacious, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster) *Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer *Bathroom with shower and washbasin *Separate WC *Games area (toys, books, board games, etc.). For the peace and comfort of parents, you'll find equipment for young children: 1 cot, a changing table, a high chair, a booster seat, a pushchair ... On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes: *Bedroom with queen-size bed (160*200) *Bedroom with queen size bed (160*200) *Room with two single beds *Separate WC *Shower room with shower, washbasin, storage space and heated towel rail. Also available: condiments, coffee, cleaning products... to get your stay off to a good start. Our assets: fibre internet (downstream speed 253.92 Mbit/s), beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels, wood for the fireplace provided.
