Cocoonr Agency offers you Smooth Beach, a beautiful apartment with terrace ideally located in a secure residence in the immediate vicinity of the Prado beaches and Parc Borely. Beautifully decorated and fully-equipped, it features an independent bedroom, a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and a lovely terrace. Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Apartment layout: Smooth Beach is located on the second floor with elevator of a beautiful, secure residence at the entrance to Parc Borely. You enter into a hallway leading on the right to the living room with open-plan kitchen giving direct access to the terrace with its large dining table. On the left is the shower room and then the bedroom. Other remarks: - Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) bed linen and towels are provided; your bed will be made up on arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access via fiber. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
