Built in 1833, this provençal stone "mas" was a relay on the postal route. Located an hour west of Avignon, in the Occitan region, our unique retreat is situated in a natural, park-like setting, near vineyards with vistas of forests and few neighbors, at the end of a private road. Our home has been entirely remodeled using traditional methods to retain the historic character. Perfect for an extended family or gathering of friends to enjoy the best of le midi - wine, food & (usually) sunshine !
Hello! My husband Philippe is French (I'm American) and we live in Los Angeles and work in the film industry. We like to travel but love visiting the South of France the most - so much to discover and enjoy! The caretakers live in the nearby village and will welcome you and assist you with any problems during your stay. They speak French, English and German.
