These apartments offer stunning 180-degree sea views of the Cote d’Azur with free private parking. Situated conveniently between Nice and Monaco, just a 10-minute drive from both, and only 7 minutes from the A8 motorway for easy access to Nice Airport. Unlike the crowded Côte d'Azur, this property provides serene, green surroundings for relaxation. The bedroom and living room feature sea views and access to a private balcony. The modern kitchen includes marble countertops, integrated appliances, and a luxurious marble bathroom. An on-site caretaker is available for assistance. (Little Reminder: The sofa in the living room is not for sleeping)
