We missed our flight as a result of a train delay so we were very pleased to find this little hotal close to Orly airport. I could not have wished for more as we were very tired so our welcome was, well, welcome! We had a fine meal in the restaurant...we had never had Lebonese food before... but were warned against ordering the mixed mezza as the waiter felt it too big for us. Both our orders proved sufficient and the friendly waiter again proved helpful in guiding our choices. Breakfast was self-serve with a good variety of options which included fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants, ham and cheeses.
The weather was not brilliant when we stayed so we could not enjoy the attractive garden overlooked by the restaurant.
If we ever miss another flight we will be back!

Very kind and good staff.
Building is very old , but the room is clean.
Just 2 minutes walk to the shuttle bus stop to Orly airport . This shuttle bus is free.
Near the bus stop, there is a restaurant . And also there is a small shop where we can buy sandwiches, drinks.
Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations...
Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations which might be booking.com fault but the staff was not helpful in solving the issue of unexplained double reservation satisfactorily. Very bad access to Orly airport.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I AM NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL IN PARIS
We chose this hotel to be close to the airport for our morning departure from Paris. It was actually better than we expected. We initially had booked a twin room with shared toilet as was the only available, but when we got there they offered us a double room with private toilet for extra 13 Euros. The room is small but great for what we wanted. The internet was fast and the breakfast very simple but helped a lot. Overall, very happy with the place, can’t beet it for the price.
The receptionist yelled at me when I asked him for a certain service, I asked him to respect me , but he continued to be intransigent.. Also, when I asked manager to hurry because my children had a fever, she said: My son also has a fever, hey.. We are not competing in illness!! !!! The worst experience in my life. This hotel is extremely bad. They have contracts with the airline staff and they don't care about the rest of the guests at all.
The room was good, the receptionist was very supportive and polite, so friendly and welcoming and but after few hours nobody works, everything is clothed and people who booked at the hotel was forced to look for other hotel because no one was able to booked them in, I have never see anything like this, just amazing, hotel with no staff. if I was bit late, I would have been the same position, since I will never book at this hotel.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Check in was smooth. The location is ideal with respect to the Orly airport (10 mins). Most of the staff are bilingual which is great as my French is atrocious. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.
Bad place, bad reception, cramped room, no elevator, no internet, the coffee boiler is out of order, the hair dryer is out of order, the place is far from restaurants and shopping, the black person has bad manners
I'm the worst night of my life
I hated Paris because of this hotel
The front desk service is very good, patient and enthusiastic, especially the beautiful Virginie
Rosemond, she helped me solve many difficulties when I first arrived in Paris. I would like to give Miss Virginie
Rosemond likes !and will stay at this hotel next time.
Very nice hotel near the Orly Airport. We stayed 1 night at a double room. The room exceeded the expectations, very comfortable beds, clean, spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Free shuttle. Very recommend.
Comfortable and reasonably priced (for Paris) place to stay near the Orly airport. Clean rooms. Shared, but clean and well mantained bathrooms/toilets. More than enough for a one-night stay.
Really close to Orly Airport and the free shuttle to the airport helps a lot. Really convenient if you need to take an early plane. Easy self check-in.
