A few important notes about the accommodations: • The Apartment: There are only 2 bedrooms. The 5th and 6th guests sleep on the high-end sofa bed in the living room. There is only one bathroom (the toilet is separate). The apartment is primarily suited for families (couples with children). It is located above the restaurant. It is not a bar, it is generally not noisy, and it closes around 11:00 PM. • The Studio: Please note that the bedroom area is not separated from the living area (no wall or door between the two spaces). The mezzanine has a low ceiling height (min 1.60m, max 2.20m). There is a Japanese ladder. The studio is not suitable for those needing a high ceiling or wanting accommodation without stairs, except for those who wish to sleep in the living room. The studio is suitable for small families (couple with children).

SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Public parking is located nearby, between 50 and 250 meters from the accommodations. The rate is approximately 20 eur per day. Subscriptions are available for longer stays (between 30 and 50 eur per week depending on the location and duration). Free parking spots are generally available nearby during the low season (late November to mid-March). Free spots are rarer and farther away during the high season (mid-March to late November).

• Basic products are organic and included. Here is a non-exhaustive list (provided free of charge): - Coffee beans - Tea and herbal tea - Homemade soap - Shampoo - Olive oil - Balsamic vinegar - Aromatic herbs and various seasonings - Eco-friendly laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid • The accommodations are located in the Faubourg district, one of the quietest areas in Collioure, with direct access to the beach. In the heart of the historic center but away from the bar areas (5-10 min walk). This helps avoid most of the late-night noise from partygoers during the summer after midnight. A semi-pedestrian street on the seafront provides significant safety for families with children and a much quieter environment than other neighborhoods (very little car noise). There is a varied dining offer, from high-end gourmet restaurants to good, more affordable restaurants. Note that there is a restaurant on the ground floor that is unfortunately only open during the high season (from mid-March to mid-November). A grocery store, pharmacy, and all kinds of shops are nearby (less than 2 minutes away). Bus stop is 5 minutes away.
