This dwelling is a newly renovated wing of the property, with direct access to the wooded grounds and private 10m x 5m swimming pool. A pergola will shelter you from the sun for your meals outside. The 4,000m² enclosed park is at your disposal.
We are a young retired couple, in love with Provence. We bought this property for its peaceful, unspoilt setting.
Very quiet environment. Countryside of truffle oaks, lavender, vines, cypresses, pines. We are located 3 kilometers from all amenities, bakeries, grocery stores, DIY stores, hospital, cinema, etc... Numerous AOC Côtes de Rhône wine cellars. Many hilltop villages. Many places to visit.
