Prado Beach is a superb apartment with terrace overlooking the racecourse and Parc Borely. Situated on the seafront, right next to the Prado beaches and its famous statue of David, it's an ideal location for enjoying the gentle pace of life in Marseille. Prado Beach is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure residence. You'll be charmed by its contemporary decor, large terrace and stunning views over the racecourse, Parc Borely and the Massif de Marseilleveyre. You'll enter the main room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen, a TV lounge area, access to the terrace on the ground floor, and on the left, the bedroom with access to the terrace. The terrace is divided into 2 parts, a summer sitting area and a dining area. The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home : Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules /... Cocoonr service : You will be greeted personally on site by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Marseille, who will show you to your accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys. Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Location : When you stay at Prado Beach, you're choosing a seaside location that's also close to the city center, major roads and the Velodrome stadium. Exit to the left and you'll be on the seafront, along the Corniche Kennedy. If you turn right, you'll reach the Rond point du Prado, the gateway to Parc Chanot and the Stade vélodrome. Parc Borely is a 5-minute walk away. Transport : - Basement parking space - Bus line N°83 passes below the building and will take you to the city center along the seafront. - The Saint Charles train station is 25 minutes away via Bus N°19 + Metro Line 2. - The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to the Saint Charles train station, but we advise you to use cabs or Uber-type drivers.
