Just 5.3km from the Eiffel Tower and 3.6km from the Parc des Princes, the apartment is also close to Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles (less than 2km). With views of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré Coeur, this little cocoon is within easy reach of the capital's monuments and districts.
