Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this 63 m² duplex in the heart of the Alpine resort of Les Orres! Classified 3*, the residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and the ski lifts of Les Orres 1800 resort. This accommodation can accommodate 10 people and has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay with family or friends: living room, equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, two balconies. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam in the shared area of the residence. Sheets and towels are not included. Transport : - Underground parking in the residence at a charge - Free outdoor parking Other remarks : - A heated swimming pool and jacuzzi are available (opening dates to coincide with resort opening dates). - Sauna and hammam for a fee Summer season: 20 June to 30 August Winter season: 20 December to 18 April Opening dates and times are non-contractual and subject to change by the resort. - The swimming pool and jacuzzi are in the shared area of the residence - Additional services offered at extra cost within the residence: parking, sauna, hammam - A ski room is at your disposal free of charge on the 5th floor of the residence (box in the last row at the back, on the left). - Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them in the resort. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Pets accepted on request, extra charge: 10e/night
