This luxury apartment is located at No.6 La Croisette in Cannes on the 4th floor above the Chanel store, directly opposite the famous Palais des Festivals, which plays host to many leading events annually. The property presents a fantastic opportunity for rental, whether for a short city break, visiting the many events hosted annually, or a longer stay to soak up the sunshine, relax and immerse yourself in the unique Cannes Riviera lifestyle. The apartment comprises a sitting room, small kitchen, double bedroom, WC, and bathroom, with a large balcony that is drenched with sunshine and offers views of the sea while also overlooking the Palais des Festival’s famous red carpet.
