I am pleased to welcome you in my charming apartment of 68 square meters with balcony, which is located on the 1st floor with elevator and situated in Aubervilliers. It is charming, well equipped and can accommodate 4 people. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay! You will stay close to all amenities and close to Paris! Enjoy your stay! ## Logement My apartment is composed of two bedrooms and two double beds and a bed for child; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a bathroom with a bathtub; a dining area; and a living room to relax after an intense day. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Wifi, Fan. You will also have a balcony of 3 m² facing south, which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. My accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has a high chair for babies, a potty and a non-slip bath mat for children. For your small shopping, you will find a "Franprix" at one minute of walk. You will also be very well served by the various public transports to stroll around the city and its surroundings! You will be 15 minutes walk from the Stade de France and 12 minutes from the city hall. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!
