Located near Paris, this 40 square meter apartment, with its secure parking space in the basement, has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Courbevoie. Have a nice stay ! :) ## Logement Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes: - a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, a desk, an ironing board and a dressing room - a shower room with towel dryer and hair dryer, washing machine - a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob - and a living room with a sofa bed, table (extensible) with 4 chairs, internet access and desk (fiber). You will particularly appreciate : - its balcony - and its location, in a new and very quiet residence; close to the defense and 300 meters from all local shops, post office, bus etc.... During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, fan, washing machine, oven, television. The apartment is located near the metro station "La Défense". You will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 3 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases. Sites of interest close to the apartment : - the Pavillon des Indes (20 minutes on foot), - the Roybet Fould Museum (25 minutes on foot) - and the Moretti (20 minutes on foot).
