I am very pleased to welcome you in my charming 34 square meters apartment with large balcony located in the heart of the 19th district of Paris, on the 6th and last floor with elevator. It is ideally located near the metro stations Jaures line 2 and 5 (3min walk) You will stay close to all amenities and you will be well served by the various public transport to stroll around the city! We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement My apartment can accommodate 2 people and is ideal for a couple. It is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed (140×200cm); a fully equipped and functional open kitchen; a shower room; a living room to relax after an intense day but also a large balcony with table and chairs. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Fan. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Various bars, restaurants and shops are close to the accommodation; and for your daily shopping, you will find an "ALDI" at the foot of the building. You will be very well served by the various public transport to stroll around the city and discover the tourist sites that make the capital famous! You will be less than 15 minutes from the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, the Bassin de la Villette and the CENTQUATRE-PARIS. The Eiffel Tower is 43 minutes away by metro, Notre-Dame Cathedral is 27 minutes away, the Louvre Museum is 24 minutes away and the Sainte Chapelle is 25 minutes away. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be very happy to share my favorites with you! Have a nice stay ! ## Emplacement The 19th is a district of Paris located in the northeast of the city. Very pleasant to live in, it has varied environments, is home to very different populations and is very pleasant for families and children who generally appreciate the many small shops, the walk along the Canal de l'...
