Hi, and welcome at "Margaillan", pretty house with two bedrooms with a garden and parking. The house is located in the district "Pont de Crau", outside old town (5 min by car) but close from shops (10 min walking from grocery, butcher, bakery, phamarcy...) and commercial area (Zone Fourchon at 5 min by car) The house has the air conditioning in each floor. On ground floor a dinning room, living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), a beautiful bathroom, a garage (with washing machine) and a garden including a BBQ and two space for cars It's a real asset to have a parking without constaints and then go outside to visit Arles or surroundings *** It's completely forbidden to charge electric vehicle from the house ***

Arles is an architectural gem that has kept a incredible charm, its narrow and flowery streets, its squares in the shade of plane trees, its multi-millennial monuments such as Amphitheater or Antic Theater to newer buildings like Musée de l'Arles Antique or the Van Gogh Foundation Museum. It has gradually become a center of international art with notably the Famous Rencontres de la Photographie which celebrated their fiftieth birthday, now a famous rendez vous for photography lovers! Do not miss the famous "market" which is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning, you will find a considerable choice of local products of any kind, it is part of the identity of the city! .... finally at the option of your walks in the old town, you will find small shops, art galleries, local artisans, nice bars and restaurants at very reasonable prices!
