On the ground floor a living room including a kitchen and a lounge area. On the 1st floor 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. On the 2nd floor a second bedroom with a sloping ceiling. The beds are 140x190. 1 parking space in front of the house. This house is close to all shops, metro/bus networks, Europe clinic, A13, south 3, Rouen historical center. The coffee machine = dolce gusto.
