The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Sare, this charming house of lime pit foot, of a surface of 165 m ² and being able to accommodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you ! The accommodation, accessible by an external staircase, is composed as follows: Day space: - A living room of 40 m² with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen, open on a dining room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... Night space: - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) - Bedoom 3 : a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4 : two single beds (120x200). - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A west facing balcony 8 meters long and 1.20 meters wide. - A small unfenced area is available near the private parking where you will have access to a plancha and an outdoor dining area. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels can be provided on request through our local partner. Please ask before your arrival. - The fireplace is decorative. - Animals are not allowed in the house. - Basement of the house is not accessible. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

The house is ideally located in Sare, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, with a view on the mountain. You will be located about 4 kilometers from the Spanish border. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
