Le logement se compose d'un vaste séjour traversant avec deux entrées, une donnant sur la terrasse et l'autre ayant accès à la buanderie/garage à vélo. Une cuisine dinatoire entièrement aménagée et équipée ouverte sur le séjour séparée par un bar. Trois chambres dont une suite parentale avec salle d'eau et WC ainsi qu'un petit balcon avec une vue dégagée, une chambre avec un lit queen-size et une chambre composée de deux lits simples avec salle d'eau et WC séparés.
