Charming house of 140m2 on 4 levels at the heart of Luchon ideal for 13 persons. At the 2nd floor, 3 bright bedrooms. At the 3rd floor a large dormitory space with 7 beds that include a sofa and TV plus mezzanine room. The living room and kitchen on the 1st floor include 2 sofa, TV, WIFI access and DVD to get relaxed. The location is near all facilities : the market place (50m), the shopping street (100m), the thermal baths (800 m), the cable car (400m) to access Superbagneres ski resort. A deposit of 500 eur is required on arrival The cleaning at the end of the stay cost 90 eur if you don't feel like cleaning the house before leaving. The sheets sets are not included in the price of the rental. If you don"t bring your sheets, you have to plan 15 eur /bed (whole set of sheets for each bed) The towels set are not included as well. If you don"t bring them, you need to plan 3 eur / person (set of bath towel and cleaning towel).
My name is Sylvain and I have owned this beautiful house with my brother since a dozen years. We are both fans of ski and VTT which had driven us to purchase a secondary villa in Luchon, the perfect place for these activities. We have spent many holidays in the house and still enjoy going to Luchon from time to time. As we cannot go as often now, we have decided to rent the house. Hoping that you will enjoy this lovely place as much as we do,
