Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Plouër-sur-Rance, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 55 m² (with wood stove), an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 750 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks: - Free wifi available. - The stove is functional, wood is not provided. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Maritime sports on the banks of the Rance, canoe-kayak, dinghy, windsurf, sailing school... - Numerous golf courses in the vicinity and hiking trails along the Rance (greenway). - Cycling, tennis, horse riding, GR 34, fishing, towpath to Dinan... - Nearby events: the Route du Rhum, the Route du Rock, the Quai des Bulles festival, the Festival des Astonishing Travellers, the Fête des Remparts de Dinan.
