For lovers of nature and character houses, this 18th-century sheepfold, located at the foot of the church in the small village of Ferrières les Verreries, will delight you. It has 4 bedrooms (three with double beds and one with 2 single beds), a very large 110m² living room, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, etc.) + baby equipment and lots of toys. Wifi and TV are available via optic fiber, as well as a hi-fi system. The 500m² garden has flowers and is enclosed by a pretty dry stone wall with a swimming pool (6x2m open from May to October) bordered by a flagstone terrace. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and weber barbecue available. There is also a 2500m2 shaded plot of scrubland opposite the house with picnic table, swing, trampoline and sandpit. The location of this house is ideal for a family holiday in the picturesque village inland from Montpellier. Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails pass by the house. Swimming in the Hérault river and canoeing excursions are just a 10-minute drive away. 2 horse-riding centres less than 2 km away. Numerous climbing sites within a 15 km radius. Weekly rentals available in July and August (see booking schedule with prices), the rest of the year for a minimum of 3 nights - please allow for a cleaning supplement. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be added, see conditions. We do not rent our house for parties or birthdays.
