Charming triplex loft that comfortably sleeps 4. The air-conditioned apartment is perfectly equipped and comfortable, with a warm decor. The city center is easily accessible, with transport and shops in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation comprises : FIRST FLOOR : - 1 bathroom and separate toilet FIRST LEVEL : - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen size bed and 1 double bed) SECOND LEVEL : - 1 living room - 1 fully equipped open kitchen THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All facilities provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each booking. The accommodation includes 2 staircases which are not suitable for small children.

Neighbourhood information

A friendly and lively neighborhood, the area around Place Nansouty is known for its many individual townhouses, old bourgeois homes and typical shops. If there are few squares, the numerous private gardens bring a lot of greenery and flowers to the streets. The neighborhood associations are very active and provide many activities throughout the year. Inhabitants can find many local shops around Place Nansouty as well as on the Cours de l'Yser and de la Somme. As for sports, they can count on the Brun stadium and the gymnasium on rue Pauline Kergomard. Spacious townhouses and student studios coexist in the Nansouty district, allowing for a nice mix of populations and generations. The neighborhood is strategically located for access to the Victoire campus, the SNCF train station and the historic center of Bordeaux.
