Lofty house with all the comfort just a 10-15 min bus ride away from city center. The place is 82 m2 with 2 bedrooms and a large living room which opens on a 20m2 private terrace. Kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all the utensils you need to cook extensively. The living room has a large and mightily comfortable L shaped couch, a dining table and everything you need to be comfortable.
Immediate neighbourhood is very safe despite appearances. (I once left my phone on its stand in my unlocked car for 3h without it being stolen). It is a residential area where you'll find everything you may need, from supermarkets to banks, pharmacy.. City center is just a 10-15min bus ride away and runs until midnight or even later on weekends.
