Enjoy a peaceful and artistic life just a stone's throw away from center Paris by staying in this 230 sqm loft-style spa house with 460 sqm of outdoor space. It has been completely renovated by a couple of designers and an architect. Beautifully decorated and featuring multiple terraces, a garden, and a glass-enclosed indoor pool that opens up to the living room, this house is furnished with modern furniture and boasts two marble bathrooms in contrasting black and white.
You will meet Soumaya, who assists you with anything you need during your stay. We provide cleaning twice a week and change bed linens and towels once a week. If you would like additional cleaning or laundry service, please don't hesitate to inform us so that it can be arranged for an additional fee.
The house is located in the heart of Montreuil, a cosmopolitan neighborhood that is always vibrant, often referred to as the "French Brooklyn" by The Times. It's situated on a quiet street in a stylish artists' district. It is well-connected to Paris by metro, buses, trams, and RER, all within a 10-minute walk, and only 20 minutes away from the center of Paris.
