Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows : First floor - 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: master suite with double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bedroom 4: bunk bed (sleeps two) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan. Shared exterior - An unenclosed 300 m² communal garden, planted with trees, with a picnic table to enjoy the sunny days.
