We are a family with two children: a boy of 10 years and a girl of almost 20 years, we appreciate the stays on this beautiful island in all seasons. The real joy is to forget the car in the car park as soon as you arrive in St Martin, and only cycle and walk around during each stay in the island. The whole days spent cycling the length and breadth of the island are joyful moments of sharing that guarantee us lasting memories! We are always keen to hear any comments or suggestions that may help us to improve your stay in our flat.

Les Remparts is a charming flat located in a characteristic alley of this beautiful city surrounded by the famous Vauban fortifications. The residence respects the typical architecture of the region and the spirit of the region is there: a building with white walls and brightly coloured shutters opening onto the quiet alleyway strewn with hollyhocks. Saint Martin de Ré lives and vibrates all year round: each season brings its own beautiful experiences, there is no sleepy period for this pretty citadel. The ideal way to discover the island of Ré is by bike: if you haven't brought your bikes with you, you will easily find a rental company that will meet your expectations and needs: adult bikes, children's bikes, carioles, tandems... the possibilities are numerous! You will find a room in the residence dedicated to the parking of bicycles during your stay (we strongly recommend that you use a lock). In summer, the residence's swimming pool welcomes young and old, in a large pool or paddling pool under the supervision of parents. The residence is ideally located within the city walls, a few dozen metres from the sea, near the port and the covered market. In the heart of the historic centre of St Martin de Ré, stroll through the streets and discover discreet alleys of absolute charm! The ice cream tasting on the port in the evening is a must, as well as the bicycle outings, by far the best way to discover this beautiful island, in all seasons and all weathers!
