Catherine is an artist and Olivier an engineer. We love nature and travel. We are inspired by it to comfortably arrange our apartments so that our visitors feel home away from home.

You are very well located in Les Ulis, in the city center. You are 150 m from the market (3 per week, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday morning), shops, the Jacques Prévert cinema, the Boris Vian and Radazik theaters, the media library, the town hall and the bus stops for lines 2, 3, 5, 9, 21, 22, 23 which drive you to Courtaboeuf, Orsay, the Saclay plateau, Jouy en Josas, Massy. If you are driving, access to the N118 is 1.5 km and the A10 is 3.5 km away. You have a private covered parking lot in the residence. Access is secured by a badge. 700m by foot (and 2 mins by car) is the regional shopping center Ulis 2 where you will find 92 shops and restaurants for full shopping but also a UGC cinema (4 theaters) and a Carrefour hypermarket.
